Use our hall layout plan to draw attention to your company with your logo.

The plans serve as an overview of the hall and are displayed in the entrance areas of the corresponding exhibition hall. The plans can also be found at our information counters and often serve as the first point of contact for our visitors. With your company logo you can attract additional attention and quicker visibility for your stand.

Once you order the logo, you can access our Exhibitor Content Manager (ECM) via our shop and upload your file under Print logo.

Please note that your logo will be aligned according to your stand size. In the case of smaller stands or more complex lettering, there may be display problems.

Purchase order terms for category Printed Ads

By ordering the Client accepts the following Terms and Conditions as legally binding in all points.

1. Services provided
The services provided by Deutsche Messe AG, will include the production of the advertising media as specified in the quotation.

2. Conclusion of contract
Upon receipt by Deutsche Messe AG of the declaration of acceptance signed by the Client, the Client and Deutsche Messe AG will enter into a legally binding contract. The signed declaration of acceptance must be received by Deutsche Messe AG prior to expiry of the period specified in the quotation for acceptance thereof.

3. Costs and payment due dates
The media and production costs specified in the quotation are non-negotiable and subject to VAT at the current rate. In cases where an agency acts for the Client as intermediary, no agency fee or other special consideration will be payable. The charges for rental of the advertising space, are payable in full and without deduction by the due dates. In the event of late payment Deutsche Messe AG reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding sum starting from the due date.

4. Client's duties of cooperation
The Client is required to supply Deutsche Messe AG with the print data necessary for the production of the advertising media no later than the date mentioned in the shop in order to ensure that the advertising media can be produced. If the print data supplied do not conform to the Guidelines written in the shop, Deutsche Messe AG shall be entitled to invoice the Client for any additional costs incurred for the in-house processing of the data. In the event that the Client fails to supply the print data by the due date, the full invoice amount will still be payable. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such late delivery will likewise be charged to the Client by Deutsche Messe AG.

5. Withdrawal/termination
Withdrawal from or termination of the contract is not permissible except where claims are asserted under the terms of the warranty. Deutsche Messe AG retains the right to terminate the contract without prior notification if the ordering party is ultimately not represented at the event as an exhibitor.

6. Responsibility for content
The Client is solely responsible for the content of the advertising. Furthermore, he is responsible for ensuring that the content complies with all legal provisions, including the provisions of criminal law, competition law and copyright law. In so far as this is the case, the Client indemnifies Deutsche Messe AG against all third-party claims. The Client will bear all costs incurred by Deutsche Messe AG as a result of third-party claims asserted against the company. Furthermore, Deutsche Messe AG reserves the right to refuse the production of print motifs that offend against the legitimate interests of Deutsche Messe AG or against common decency, and to terminate the contract without notice in such an event.

7. Warranty
Deutsche Messe AG undertakes to make good any defects in the services provided by itself or its agents in connection with the production and assembly/installation of the advertising media. Written notice of such defects must be given direct to Deutsche Messe AG by the Client. Where all attempts at making good have failed, the Client shall be entitled either to deduct an amount from the sum payable or to withdraw from the contract. Other claims by the Client, based on whatever legal grounds, are expressly excluded; this provision extends also to claims arising out of the violation of secondary obligations under the terms of the contract. This limitation of liability will not apply where the claims are based on intentional or grossly negligent actions by Deutsche Messe AG. Any claims asserted by the Client in connection with alleged defects will lapse one year after purchase of the services in question, except where Deutsche Messe AG is charged with acting with intent.

8. Place of performance / Court of jurisdiction
All matters of dispute will be subject exclusively to German law. The place of performance and court of jurisdiction will be Hannover, Germany. However, Deutsche Messe AG reserves the right to assert its claims in the court of jurisdiction at the Client's place of business.

Pricing terms for category Printed Ads

Prices, unless specified otherwise, are net prices in euros and subject to German VAT.

Cancellation terms for category Printed Ads

If the exhibitor cancels his order or cancels his participation at the trade fair, then the exhibitor will still be invoiced for up to the full amount for the services ordered. This applies equally if the required information is not submitted on time. The exact charges depend on the amount of work already performed, and will be determined at the sound discretion of Deutsche Messe.
