Modular stand type Exclusive

The type Exclusive modular stand boasts an open and high-quality design.
It comprises conventional wall structures and large, backlit walls with spectacular displays (on recycled print carrier material) of brands and products.
Can only be ordered for stand sizes over 20 m².

Please note:

• You must submit print-ready graphics data files for backlit walls (about 200 cm x 300 cm high) - no later than six weeks before opening of the event.
• All stands will be supplied with power rated at 3 kW (is not included in price for modular stand and needs to be ordered separately via our Shop). If you need a power point with a higher power rating, please also order this using our Online Servieshop.
• For a 400 V, 3 phase machine connection, please contact us. 
• A stand layout is required! Please upload a layout of your stand under My booth > Summary of my orders and quotations > Attachments to my services in our shop after completing your order.

The proven rental system stand concept is convincing due to the multiple reuse of materials and thus a comparatively very low CO2 emission. We now offer important elements of our rental system stands under the aspect of best possible sustainability - without additional costs for you.

Notes on modular stands

General
To design your stand, you can rent system stands from us in various designs. As a rule, stands can only be ordered for the entire rented area, taking into account the stand type-specific minimum sizes. If ordered in time, your stand will be ready for occupation at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day before the start of the event. (Early completion on request.)

Important information
Deutsche Messe reserves the right to make changes to the basic fittings at short notice due to the applicable hygiene measures. In addition, it may be necessary for the exhibitor to book additional hygiene protection equipment for a fee.

Technical specifications
The basic fittings can be extended by elements of the additional fittings. The technical descriptions of the modular stands and additional fittings as well as design examples can be found in our brochure and in the Shop. Cross-type ordering of additional fittings is not possible. We reserve the right to make minor technical and color deviations from the information in the brochure/Shop and to use bracing elements to ensure stability.
Please order the connections of the stand to the technical supply and disposal networks in the corresponding service categories.

Liability
Modular stands and fittings are to be returned in the condition you received them. They may not be pasted over, nailed, painted, altered or damaged. The exhibitor is liable for any loss or damage of the rented objects regardless of the cause. We recommend you take out an exhibition insurance policy to cover all rented objects. A flat rate of four times the rental price can be taken as the insurance value.
The rented furniture will be collected in the evening or night after the close of the event. If the exhibitor wishes to use these items beyond the end of the event, this must be clarified in advance with Deutsche Messe.

Contract
The exhibitor places his binding order for a modular stand by filling out and submitting an online form or the according fax form. The rental contract for the modular stand is concluded upon issuance of the order confirmation by Deutsche Messe.

Advance payments, final invoice
Along with the advance deposit on services, there is a deposit payment on modular stands in the full amount (100 %) of the basic modular stand rental price. This payment is due upon receipt of the modular stand order confirmation from Deutsche Messe.
For organizational reasons, the additional services will only be invoiced separately approx. 5 weeks after the end of the event.

Rental price per square meter or unit price.

If, after the exhibitor has already submitted his binding order or the contract has already been concluded, Deutsche Messe exceptionally grants cancellation at the lessee's instigation, the lessee shall be obliged to pay a flat cancellation fee. The level of this cancellation fee depends on the time the written cancellation is received by Deutsche Messe as well as on the contractual sum, as follows:

• four months before opening of the trade fair or earlier: 10 % of the contractual sum;
• later than four but not less than three months before opening of the trade fair: 25 % of the contractual sum;
• later than three but not less than two months before opening of the trade fair: 50 % of the contractual sum;
• later than two months before the first day of the trade fair: 100 % of the contractual sum.
