Your marketing fee includes an unlimited number of eTickets - you & your guests pay no more.
eTickets are perfect for:

You will receive only one five-digit eTicket code that is valid for the entire order quantity.
Your guests must register the eTickets before use.
This is great, because you can view the registration data on a daily basis in our shop - starting 12 weeks before the trade fair begins! Hence, each day you'll know exactly who has accepted your invitation, so you can organize appointments for visits to the stand, video calls, or online product presentations in advance.
Important:
Please order the number of eTickets you need. You will receive one code from which you can generate the quantity of eTickets ordered. (E.g., you order 1,000 eTickets, we deliver one code valid for 1,000 eTickets). - starting 12 weeks before the trade fair begins! Purchase order terms for category Complimentary Tickets (eTickets)
I. General
Attract visitors to your stand by sending them eTickets for free admission to the event. Each eTicket is valid for the duration of the event. The eTickets tickets you send to your guests are validated only after being registered online. After registration of the ticket code, an eTicket as PDF will be made available in the login area or in "My Account" on the event website (the eTicket as PDF can be used digitally or printed out at the entrance terminals).
In addition to the PDF, a wallet ticket is automatically stored in the login area. It is available in the login area when the website is accessed via smartphone.
eTickets bear a standard imprint (company name, country code, postcode, and city) or, if you prefer, your own customized imprint.
You are hereby explicitly advised that entry to the event with a ticket is predicated upon it being provided to the user free of charge. Any ticket purchased by the user shall be invalid.
Marketing fee
In addition to other services, the mandatory marketing fee includes an unlimited number of complimentary tickets that must be registered before use. There is no extra charge to use these tickets.
II. Type of ticket, order deadline and shipping
eTickets
You can order eTickets starting from mid-January 2023, until the event is over, and customize them with your own imprint at any time. Each eTicket is personalized and valid for the entire duration of the event.
We will process your order by the next workday and email you one eTicket code, with which you can invite all the guests within your entitlement per the order. Shipping is automated, without checking order quantity and ticket impression.
For example: for 1,000 guests, please enter 1,000 as the order size and you will receive one code valid for 1,000 eTicket registrations (if you enter "1" as the order size, the code will generate only one eTicket).
You can order an unlimited number of tickets. Invite your guests by sending each one of them your eTicket code, which is a link that takes your guests directly to the registration page (https://www.ligna.de/en/application/registration/ticket-registration/) of the event website. Once your guests register the code online, they will automatically receive a personalized confirmation as a PDF file.
III. Mandatory online registration
Each ticket must be registered online before use. Confirmations are generated only after eTickets are registered online, and thus become valid for admission to the event.
Your guest will receive a printed version of the admission ticket by e-mail and it will be automatically stored in the login area or "My Account" together with a wallet ticket.
Registration/Usage Information
We recommend that you note the addresses and corresponding 5-digit eTicket code before sending the invitations. You benefit from this, because we provide you with the daily updated registration data already from 12 weeks before the trade fair and after the event also the corresponding usage data of your guests for download at https://shop.ligna.de/en/00/2023/mystand/attachments/index.html to cross-reference and download our daily updates of the registration information on your guests, starting 12 weeks before the event.This will help you better coordinate the appointments at the stand in advance and evaluate your invitation campaign afterwards.
Visitor information
Exhibitors are prohibited from sharing the information they obtain through the registration service with third parties. Exhibitors shall comply with data privacy laws by processing such information strictly pursuant to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hence, exhibitors shall indemnify and hold Deutsche Messe harmless from and against any third-party claims that may arise.
To protect the privacy of a registered visitor, the exhibitor shall delete all personal information provided on a particular visitor, upon request by the visitor or Deutsche Messe. Deutsche Messe shall not be liable for the correctness and completeness of the data/information captured during visitor registration.
